Paperless Auto Insurance Cards
On November 20, 2017, we’ll introduce an enhanced online experience for customers to
access their auto insurance cards at MyTravelers®. With this update, Quantum Auto 2.0®
paperless customers will begin receiving their auto insurance cards electronically*.
Auto Insurance Card Details
 Insurance cards will be available the same way paperless insurance policies are
today.
 Current policy term and renewal cards will be available in MyTravelers for Quantum
Auto 2.0® customers.
 For easy electronic access, when using the mobile app, Quantum Auto 2.0 customers
can access their insurance cards without logging into MyTravelers.
 We’ll no longer mail paper cards to paperless customers, unless the customer
requests them.
 Both Quantum Auto® and Quantum Auto 2.0, customers can request that we print
and mail an auto insurance card to them through MyTravelers or by calling our
Business Center.
 We’ll continue to mail cards to customers who do not elect our paperless option.
